Due diligence
Makwande verifies the organisation, authorised contact, accreditation where applicable, funding position and delivery readiness.

Commercial proposal
We define deliverables, learner numbers, locations, turnaround times, service fees, payment milestones and reporting.

Agreement and payment
Both parties sign the service and data-processing terms. The required onboarding or milestone payment activates delivery.

Sourcing and selection
Makwande runs the agreed campaign, screens against approved criteria and submits traceable candidate records.

Placement and onboarding
The partner makes final selection decisions while Makwande coordinates candidate communication and agreed onboarding support.

Delivery reporting
Progress, exceptions and outcomes are recorded and reported according to the signed service level agreement.
